Who We Are
Originally founded in 2012 as GreenLinks to support Native American Tribal Nations’ infrastructure needs in the US, we successfully delivered a broadband and Wi-Fi network for Standing Rock Sioux Nation’s own telco. In 2018, we rebranded as Community Wireless and Power Corporation in the Philippines to expand the BPO industry in provincial markets, in partnership with DICT for growth in Mindanao and Visayas. We were the first telco in the Philippines to offer a fully integrated wireless, fiber, and VSat hybrid network for the archipelago.

Karl Leung
President
Karl Leung is a tech leader and entrepreneur focused on bridging the digital gap through the “Konektadong Pinoy” vision. As President of Community Wireless & Power Corporation, he advocates for sustainable energy in the Philippines and enhances citizens’ access to online services. With a Ph.D. and Chartered Engineer status, Karl leverages his experience from IEEE and ISOC to promote an inclusive digital future.

James McCorkle
Chief Executive Officer
James McCorkle is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO of Community 360° with over twenty years of experience in cloud software and sustainable energy. He manages platforms like Municipal Solar for Fortune 500 companies and government entities. Key achievements include launching applications for Wells Fargo and identifying $119 million in savings for Tenet Healthcare.

Arnel Miraflores
Chief Information Officer
Arnel Miraflores is the lead developer of the eSariSari Platform with expertise in networking, website development, and CCTV installation. He has worked at PTS College and Paliparan Child Care Center and attended seminars like the Trainer’s Training on FRP Boats. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL, he holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Far Eastern Polytechnic College.
Dr. Jocel Garrido
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Jocel brings both a senior level understanding of Connectivity and AI Software Development with here Masters in Computer Engineering along wirh a PhD in Artificial Intelligence to CWPC. Ib addition she is a senior professor at University of Acience and Technology for Southern Philippines (USTP).
Harrold Hayana
Lead Sustianable Energy Engineer
Harrold Hayana is a professional with over 12 years in electrical engineering, specializing in power distribution and solar PV project management. He manages energy efficiency projects and supports the sales team. He has worked on numerous solar projects in Australia and the Philippines, ranging from 30kW to 15MW. Harrold holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tarlac State University and is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the Philippines.
Nolasco Codeiro
Network Administrato
Nolasco Michael Cordeiro brings over 30 years of diverse experience in government network management and telecom project implementation. He has extensive expertise in designing and commissioning technical solutions for converged data and voice networks, working with major communication giants like Nortel, Alcatel, Cisco, and Motorola. Nolasco holds a Telecom Engineering degree from St. Xavier’s Technical Institute, Mumbai
